30-minute diagnostic service. If we need to delve into the issue a bit more. The 30 minutes can be broken up into segments in case you want to talk, hang up and work on it, then call back, etc.  Phone call or FaceTime, whatever works best for you.

The 60-minute option allows you to call multiple times for up to an hour of total one-on-one time. This is the best option for mechanics on site with their tools and who need help walking through a repair or have unexpected problems they need an expert's help with. Phone/Facetime/Video call options available.
